Forgiveness

The way I like to look at forgiving is that it is not only for the person you are forgiving, but for yourself. It lets you feel free of any negative energy towards others. Holding grudges will affect the way you look at everything no matter how positive it is. Forgiveness brings you happiness, it puts you at ease. When forgiving it will reward you with happiness and inner peace, as the blue turns into shine.
